Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Same Day Bookings - Please call us directly on 01324 624567 for same day table bookings so that we can grantee that a table will be made available to you. Any bookings made for the same day on our online booking system may not be confirmed, thank you for your understanding!

2. Booking Confirmation - If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 24 hours, please feel free to give us a call!

3. Maximum Stay - All table reservations have a maximum stay of 2 hours (This rule is mainly enforced during high demand nights such as Weekends, Public Holidays, and the Festive Season).

4. Large Groups (Tables over 8 people) - Please call us directly on 01324 624567 to book a table for over 8 people.

5. Accessibility - Our bar and bistro does have accessible access along with an accessible ramp and bathroom via our west entrance.

6. Running Late? - During busy periods we hold tables for 15 minutes. Feel free to give us a call to let us know if you are running late so that we can ensure a table is still available for you upon arrival.

7. Change of Plans? - Please get in touch if you would like to cancel, reschedule or make changes to your booking.

8. Sunday Roast Reservations - We are delighted by the popularity of our Sunday Roast dinner served every Sunday! Our roasts are served all day until they’re gone so to ensure you have the chance to enjoy, we welcome the opportunity for you to reserve your Sunday Roast in advance to avoid missing out! :)

To reserve more than x8 roasts, please call us directly on 01324 624567 to arrange (A deposit may be required)

9. Dress Code - We like to keep it casual therefore we have no specific dress code!

However we do ask that guests refrain from wearing attire that prominently displays football team colours or logos, as well as clothing items with offensive or inappropriate imagery or language. We thank you for your cooperation!
