Booking Terms & Conditions

Same Day Bookings - Please call us directly on 01324 624567 for same day table bookings so that we can grantee that a table will be made available to you. Any bookings made for the same day on our online booking system may not be confirmed, thank you for your understanding!

Booking Confirmation - If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 24 hours, please feel free to give us a call!

Maximum Stay - All table reservations have a maximum stay of 2 hours (This rule is mainly enforced during high demand nights such as Weekends, Public Holidays, and the Festive Season).

Running Late? - During busy periods we hold tables for 15 minutes. Feel free to give us a call to let us know if you are running late so that we can ensure a table is still available for you upon arrival.

Change of Plans? - Please get in touch if you would like to cancel, reschedule or make changes to your booking.

Large Groups (Tables over 8 people) - Please call us directly on 01324 624567 to book a table for over 8 people.
