Key Duties:

-         Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes, and dishes.

-         Preparing fresh produce.

-         Assisting with the management of health, safety, and food hygiene practices.

-         Monitoring portion and waste control.

-         Maintaining positive communication and teamwork with other kitchen colleagues and front of house staff.
