The ideal candidate for our Bar/Waiting staff roles would be:

-        At least 1 year of Bar/Waiting experience. (Mandatory)

-        An all-round knowledge and experience with both working on the floor and behind the bar.

-        Ability to serve tables, take orders, make drinks, and maintain great customer service with confidence and to a high standard.

-        Someone who is confident, friendly, and reliable.

-        A good team player with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers and ensure mutual satisfaction.

- Flexible availability.

Key Duties:

-        Greeting customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

-        Ensuring customer satisfaction and augment our establishment’s reputation.

-        Cash handling.

-        Serving Food and Drinks.

-        Maintaining a clean and organised bar and restaurant, including collecting glasses, wiping down surfaces, clearing empty

plates, quickly responding to spills and other health and safety hazards.

-        Checking customers identification and age verification.

-        Replenishing stock & changing kegs.

-        The ability to work well in a noisy, high-pressure, and fast-paced environment.

-        Maintaining a calm demeanour when helping customers, colleagues, and problem solving.

-        Multitasking and remaining organised.

- Being available to cover shifts, work early mornings or late nights.
